The participants of the European Union summit, which will be held on March 23-24, will consider the plan to expand the EU's military production capabilities and supply 1 million shells to Ukraine over the next 12 months.
According to APA, this was stated in the written invitation sent by the head of the Council of the European Union, Charles Michel, to the leaders of the 27 EU countries and published by the press service of the Council of Europe.
The summit will also discuss the confiscation of Russia's frozen assets.
