Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR on Tuesday night.

These tremors were felt for several seconds at around 10.15 pm.

The intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale was 6.6.

The epicenter of the earthquake is being told in the Hindu Kush of Afghanistan.

Earthquake tremors have been felt in many places including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Jammu and Kashmir.

These tremors were so strong that people came out of their homes.

Apart from India, tremors were also felt in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and China.

According to the Department of Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was in Kalafgan, 90 km from Afghanistan.

Earthquake tremors were felt in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh a day ago.

People ran outside the houses.

However, there has been no news of loss of life or property in the earthquake so far.

Sharing their experience, the local people in Ghaziabad said, 'First we felt a jolt, it felt like someone was pulling the bed, after that it was felt two-three times in a row.

The fans, chandeliers, water bottles of the house started shaking.

The tremors were felt for more than 10 seconds.

Another resident said, 'The tremors were so strong that people got scared.'

A resident told that I have never felt such a strong earthquake in my life.
