American Makenna Myler stunned with her run.

The athlete, who is nine months pregnant, decided that the interesting condition would not be an obstacle to her training and took part in the athletics competition in California.

She ran 1.6 km in just 5 minutes and 17 seconds.

Ladbible.com writes about it.

Interestingly, Makenna continued to train even during her first pregnancy.

And so the 30-year-old woman took to the track to see if she could beat her latest record while pregnant.

She managed it for eight seconds.

During her first pregnancy, Myler covered the distance in 5 minutes and 25 seconds.

"I thought it was normal to exercise while pregnant, but it turns out a lot of people think it's not normal. It's mostly down to genetics - I know some great runners who got pregnant and their pelvis just couldn't handle the running . Some people have asked how I can do this at nine months pregnant when they can barely get off the sofa. A lot of it has to do with how you build your body before pregnancy - I used to run before pregnancy too, which I helped," the athlete shared.

Before pregnancy, she trained six days a week.

When Myler was expecting her first child, her husband made a bet with her that she would not be able to run a kilometer in less than 8 minutes.

Makenna accepted the challenge and won the argument.

We will remind, the Ukrainian Anastasia Pokreshchuk

boasted "the largest cheekbones in the world"

.

She likes her appearance, despite the criticism.
