An 83-year-old woman from Kresna was admitted to hospital after being hit by a truck.
The road accident happened around 10:17 a.m. on the E-79 main road in the town of Kresna.
A 90-year-old pedestrian in Plovdiv was struck
A Daf truck with a 59-year-old driver from the town of Sandanski, after stopping on a pedestrian path, drove off and hit an 83-year-old woman who was crossing the road on her.
The woman suffered a fracture of the neck of the left hip and was transported for treatment in the city of Sofia without danger to her life.
The driver was tested with a technical means for the use of alcohol, which was negative.
