Russian "Kalibr NK" cruise missiles were destroyed in Dzhankoya on the territory of the occupied Crimea during their transportation by railway.
These are missiles that the Russians load onto their ships, take them out to sea, and from there fire at the territory of Ukraine.
What consequences will these explosions have for the Russians, why it was "amusing" in Dzhankoya, military expert Pavlo Narozhnyi told on the air of the telethon.
"The Russians have already published the wreckage of the drone that they believe has flown. They tell us that the Ukrainians have started using the
tactics of "shaheeds"
— that is, cheap drones,
costing up to $10,000
, which can theoretically carry up to 50 kg of explosives. "It is equipped with a conventional internal combustion engine with the characteristic sound of mopeds, which most Ukrainians have heard. This gives us the opportunity to destroy high-value weapons," said Narozhny.
According to him, "Kalibr NK", which exploded, are dozens of missiles that were transported by railway,
each of them costs at least $1-2 million
.
That is, a drone costing $10,000 struck the Russian economy at a cost of tens of millions of dollars.
"From a military point of view, the logistical process is very difficult for the Russians. That is, they transport missiles by rail. They still haven't repaired the southern bridge and the railway runs through occupied Melitopol, Mariupol towards Sevastopol. I have no other explanation for what these missiles were doing in Dzhankoy That's why we disrupted logistics processes," says Narozhny.
The analyst suggests that perhaps the next large-scale
hostile missile attack
, which occurs about once a month,
has been delayed
for at least several weeks while the missiles are produced.
"And these missiles are not from the arsenal, but from the conveyor. Until they are loaded onto the railway and until they reach the port of Sevastopol, where they will already be loaded onto ships. And maybe the next echelon will also be destroyed by drones," he concluded.
