President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke with Austrian Chancellor Neghammer about the creation of a special tribunal regarding Russia's aggression against our country.

Zelenskyy announced this during his address on March 20.

"I thanked Austria for joining the group that is preparing the creation of a special tribunal regarding Russia's aggression against our state. (...) It is not enough to bring to justice those who are guilty of crimes caused by aggression. We also need punishment - completely fair and legal - for the the original crime that gave birth to all the other crimes of this war. That is what the special tribunal will ensure. Every day we move closer to its creation," the president added.

He also reported that on March 20, Ukraine's cooperation with the International Criminal Court was discussed in London, during the conference of European justice ministers.

The President of Ukraine especially praised the soldiers of the 56th and 57th separate motorized infantry brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Thank you guys! Thank you for your strength and steadfastness in defending Bakhmut," he said.

Zelensky also expressed his gratitude to the soldiers of the 72nd separate mechanized brigade named after

Black Zaporozhets, paratroopers of the "Seventy-ninth", marines of the 35th and 36th separate brigades, 74th separate reconnaissance, artillerymen of the 55th Zaporizhzhya Sich brigade, 406th separate artillery brigade and 131st separate reconnaissance.

the aggressor country concentrated its efforts to develop the offensive in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

The Commander of the United Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Serhiy Naev, noted that the occupiers currently

do not have the forces and means to conduct an offensive in other directions

, except in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
