[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] Chinese President Xi Jinping went to Russia for a state visit today (20th), and his special plane has arrived at Moscow Vnukovo International Airport.

According to Russian officials, Xi Jinping will start "informal talks" with Russian President Vladimir Putin at 4:30 pm local time (9:30 pm Taiwan time).

CNN reported that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that during Xi Jinping's visit, Putin will discuss Ukraine issues with him. Xi Jinping) will of course mention (Beijing's) peace plan when exchanging views on the Ukraine issue."

Peskov pointed out that Putin and Xi Jinping will hold an "informal but extremely important" meeting at 4:30 pm Moscow time. "The heads of state will each raise issues of greatest concern."

The Chinese leader was greeted by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko at Vnukovo Airport, along with a military orchestra.
