[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] North Korea’s official media, the Korean Central News Agency, today (20th) when promoting the tactical nuclear attack drill held on the 18th and 19th, released a photo of leader Kim Jong-un and his daughter Kim Joo-ae watching. But beside Kim Jong-un there is a man in military uniform with a rare mosaic. The South Korean side suspects that he may be the person in charge of the tactical nuclear bomb.

According to a South Korean "Chosun Ilbo" report, the unidentified man on the far right of Kim Jong-un's photo not only wears a mask and sunglasses but also has a mosaic on it, which is rather abrupt compared with other high-level officials in the photo.

North Korea often codes notebooks or screens in Kim Jong-un's photos to prevent leaks of confidential information, but rarely mosaics specific individuals.

South Korea speculates that the man in military uniform covered his face on purpose. He may have confidential information on North Korea's tactical nuclear bombs, and may be responsible for the development of tactical nuclear weapons or even the commander of nuclear forces.

North Korea's limited exposure of sensitive classified individuals may be an attempt to demonstrate the operational capabilities of its tactical nuclear weapons or to disrupt South Korean and U.S. intelligence operations.
