The decision of the International Criminal Court (The Hague Tribunal-ed), which issued a warrant for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is a manifestation of open hostility.

The Moscow correspondent of APA reports that this was said by the spokesman of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov.

He said that the Kremlin is calm about this issue.

"We observe so many open manifestations of hostility towards our country and our president in the world that, of course, we register it, but if we take each of these manifestations of hostility to heart, probably nothing good will come out of it.

Therefore, we approach it calmly, we note everything carefully, we continue to work.

Most importantly, the president continues to work," the Kremlin spokesman said when asked how Putin would react to the International Criminal Court's decision to arrest him.
