The Enforcement Directorate had arrested Sisodia in Tihar Jail on March 9.

Here he is locked up after being arrested in the case of alleged corruption in making and implementing the Excise Policy of Delhi Government for 2021-22.

The matter is being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which arrested Sisodia on 26 February.

The Excise Policy 2021-22 of Delhi Government has now been cancelled.
