Russian oppositionist, ex-deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ilya Ponomaryov suggested that it was not the dictator Vladimir Putin who came to the occupied Mariupol, but his double.

NV writes about it.

The politician cited a number of evidences that indicate that it was not the dictator himself.

"I am not sure that Putin was in Mariupol. The way he was filmed there raises many different doubts. If you looked at the footage of Putin in the car, how he drives there. We know that he drives inside the motorcade, there is an overlap [ roads], various prohibitions. And here he is just in the flow of cars, there are no restrictions. So I believe that it was not Putin," Ponomaryev believes.

According to the oppositionist, even if it really was Putin, the visit to Mariupol is still a very late attempt to "look like Zelensky".

Although ordinary citizens of Russia did not care about this trip, added the former deputy of the State Duma.

"And for the elites, it looks like show business, as a confirmation of his insecurity. Because it happened immediately after the warrant of the International Criminal Court. He is just trying to make his face, but it is not convincing," Ponomaryev concluded.

We will remind that on March 18, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin came to occupied Sevastopol on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the illegal annexation of Crimea.

On a sad day, March 19, the Russian dictator Putin visited the occupied Mariupol.

Russian human rights activist and journalist Mark Feigin does not rule out that the occupied territories were not visited by Putin, but by his double.

According to expert Oleksandr Kovalenko, Putin's visit to Mariupol is the "last tour" of the dictator.

Political analyst Armen Chibukhchyan believes that Putin visited the occupied Crimea and Mariupol out of desperation.
