[Reporter Li Rongping/Taoyuan Report] A commercial freight tractor truck was passing by the 10.7 km westbound section of Taiwan Highway 66 (Xinwu District, Taoyuan City) at about 11:39 am today (20th) when it collided with the road shoulder for unknown reasons. The construction slowed down and the car crashed. When the ambulance personnel from the Xinwu Unit of the Second Battalion of the Taoyuan City Fire Department, the police from the Yangmei Police Station, and the Zhongli Engineering Section of the No. 1 Engineering Office were reported to the scene, the driver surnamed Zeng (37 years old) got out of the car consciously and got on by himself. On a stretcher, the ambulance personnel gave first aid treatment such as cleaning the wound and bandaging to stop the bleeding.

After the accident, the lane was occupied for a time.
