The higher anti-corruption court satisfied the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice regarding the transfer to the income of Ukraine of the shares of the

"Ocean Plaza" shopping center,

which belonged to the Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg.

The value of seized assets is 300 million dollars.

This was reported to the SBI.

"On March 20, VAKS made a decision to confiscate the controlling part of corporate rights, integral property complexes, movable and immovable property, cash in bank accounts, including Avangard-Vilarti LLC and IS Lybid LLC, which are the owners of trade entertainment center "Ocean Plaza".

The agency notes that Arkady Rotenberg, a resident of the Russian Federation, who is close to Russian President Vladimir Putin, has been proven to be involved in financing crimes aimed at changing the borders of the territory or the state border of Ukraine and waging an aggressive war against Ukraine.

We will remind that with regard to Arkady Rotenberg, his daughter Lilia Rotenberg and a number of other people from their entourage, the decrees of the President of Ukraine dated 19.10.2022 No. 726/2022 and No. 727/2022 put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine "on the use of personal special economic other restrictive measures (sanctions)".
