An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 struck Central Turkey minutes ago at 11:57 a.m. Bulgarian time.
This was announced by the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 17 km, 15 km west of the city of Nurhak and 54 km from Kahramanmarash.
