Russia constantly violates the rules of war and uses prohibited weapons on our positions, and even on the civilian population.

Traps, anti-personnel mines, incendiary ammunition, hand grenades with prohibited chemical substances, says TSN.

Chemical weapons may not cause large-scale destruction, but they act instantly.

The use of chemical weapons, which can take thousands of lives at once, is prohibited by the Geneva Convention.

"The accumulated chemical weapons can destroy the entire population of the earth several times," - scientists say.

However, the chemical arsenal is very diverse: K-51 grenades and RGR were included in the black list of prohibited weapons.

The main active substance in them is sies, that is, not as scary as tear gas, in some countries they are allowed to disperse demonstrations, but they are prohibited for use during military operations.

The Russians, on the other hand, spat on all the rules of war.

"They are used on the entire front of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

At the Donetsk airport, when they wanted to smoke out our people from the lower rooms," says a specialist of the RKBZ troops.

Oleg and Taras from Bakhmut, and both defended it for 10 months, recently received damage from the prohibited gas.

They went on a combat mission in one of the hottest areas of the front.

"This is a forest strip, the enemy is in the immediate vicinity - approximately 500-600 meters from the enemy," the fighters say.

Then they suffered chemical damage.

"Taras came out of the trench and was looking through the binoculars, then he comes to me, rubbing his eyes.

He says that I can't see anything," the fighters recall.

This made them completely helpless.

At that moment, they were most afraid that they would not be able to defend themselves.

"We have such small wet napkins from dry rations.

They washed their eyes.

They wiped everything, because the water froze," the boys add.

The soldiers managed to open their eyes in thirty minutes.

However, the vision did not return to normal even after that for several days.

Doctor Hryhoriy Trotskyi says that there are more and more such victims, they all have similar symptoms.

"Burning eyes, watery eyes, swelling of the nose.

Shortness of breath, sore throat.

There is damage to the lower respiratory tract.

Shortness of breath, cough, general weakness," the doctor describes.

However, very often the doctor cannot determine which weapon was used, so he simply tries to remove the symptoms.

"Mostly, the patient says there was an explosion, an unpleasant smell, uncharacteristic of traditional weapons.

They mostly say phosphorous ammunition, because it gives a characteristic white glow," says the doctor.

This is the most difficult thing - that often there is simply no evidence of the use of prohibited weapons.

Although, in fact, we have services that do all they can to collect this evidence.

There are already several in their "collection".

"The K-51 grenade was produced in the Soviet Union.

This little RGR is made in Russia.

And it is still in service with the Russian Guard, the FSB and is used by the armed forces of the Russian Federation," experts show.

The footage from the plot of Russian television clearly shows the Russians shelling our positions with prohibited weapons.

The active substance of sies weathers out of the open area quite quickly.

Therefore, it is important to find the grenade itself.

"We have an RHC intelligence system.

Combat reports are submitted daily.

If a mobile group is nearby, the sample can be taken promptly during or after application," experts say.

Then the samples are handed over to chemists, in particular, and to civilians.

Scientists have been isolating compounds for hours, and here more than once they have been able to recognize exactly the prohibited substances.

"In general, Russia has repeatedly violated the Geneva Conventions. White phosphorus, cluster shells, anti-personnel mines, tear gas grenades. If we manage to collect enough evidence, we will be able to bring all the guilty parties to justice in the International Criminal Court," experts say.

"In the case of serious consequences, it can be life imprisonment.

There are serious terms, 5, 10. The International Criminal Court has a different standard of proof.

There must be established a fact beyond the bounds of reason, i.e. there must be no doubt", - says the executive director of the UGSPL Oleksandr Pavlichenko.
