Military expert Oleg Zhdanov said that Russia would not have won by

attacking with missiles

only troops and military facilities of Ukraine.

He told about this on his YouTube channel.

"It is impossible to say categorically yes or no. But I think that it is unlikely that Russia would have a chance to win, because missile weapons are designed to defeat group targets - in order to harm the troops, it is necessary to launch missile strikes on large concentrations of troops, let's say , in operational waiting areas, when several battalions or brigades with equipment, weapons are gathered there. Missile forces are intended specifically for large-scale strikes on key objects, both infrastructure and key military objects - the command post of the army or the command post of the division , that's where a group missile strike is needed. There should be two or three missiles to disable the command post," he explained.

According to Zhdanov, the absence of Russian attacks on the infrastructure would make it possible to provide the front without interruption.

Logistics would work, there would be no interruptions in train traffic.

"Today, it no longer makes sense to carry out massive missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine, because our air defense system can handle most of the missiles. In this regard, the Russians will develop new flight routes of cruise missiles to deceive our air defense system. Missile strikes in the future may move to single and group, but not massed," the expert summarized.

It will be recalled that Andriy Yusov,

a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense , stated that Russian missile attacks will no longer be able to critically affect the economy and logistics of Ukraine.
