12 points of the "peace plan" of the People's Republic of China are controversial.

Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, told Corriere della Sera about this.

"There are no details in it, there is no balanced logic. In one point it is about the inviolability of sovereignty and territorial integrity, and in the other - about the need for an immediate ceasefire, which means the transfer of the occupied territories to Russia," Podolyak noted.

Podoliak also noted that the Chinese peace treaty in this form is an absolute contradiction.

According to Podrlyak, the "peace plan" cannot be based on satisfying the aggressor's interests, but must begin with the mandatory withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine.

"Now Russia must get rid of Putin, Xi cannot support him," Podolyak emphasized.

Meanwhile, the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Zakharova, announced the "peace plan" of the Russian Federation. 

The International Tribunal in The Hague took a very important step against the dictator Vladimir Putin, the arrest warrant for the head of the Kremlin has both legal and political value, as Podolyak said.
