Russian President
Vladimir Putin
, for whose arrest an international warrant has been issued, arrived in temporarily occupied Mariupol.
Russian propagandists reported this and showed a video.
According to reports, Putin arrived in Mariupol by helicopter, traveled through the city by car, inspected several facilities and allegedly talked with local residents.
The published videos show Vladimir Putin driving through the city at night and visiting the Mariupol Philharmonic, from which the cages were removed, for a fake tribunal over captured fighters.
It is not known why the visit took place at night.
In addition, it is clear that the dictator was without the traditional delegation of bodyguards.
Yesterday, March 18, dictator
Putin visited Crimea
to open an art school.
The so-called governor of Sevastopol, Mykhailo Razvozhaev, said that a meeting was allegedly planned with Putin via video link, but the Russian president arrived in person.
