Citizens subject to mobilization cannot be forcibly taken from the street to the military commissariat.

The lawyer of "GRACERS" JSC Stanislav Polevyi told about this in an interview with RBC.Ukraine.

According to him, there are many such cases today.

"Predominantly, similar actions on the part of TCC and SP employees are really illegal. However, at the request of district (city) TCC and SP, or SBU authorities, the National Police carries out administrative detention (for a period of no more than 3 hours) and delivery of conscripts, conscripts and reservists who committed administrative offenses provided for by Articles 210, 210-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses," the lawyer explains.

In particular, it is said that if a conscript refuses to come to the territorial center of recruitment and social support, measures of administrative coercion may be applied to him.

It should be noted that

the lawyer explained

why men of draft age are put on the register.

In addition, citizens of Ukraine can refuse to receive

a summons

 to the Military Commissariat.

This can be done when unidentified persons or those who do not have the proper authority try to hand over the document.
