An eloquent video from the front line confirms the data of the Oryx monitoring group, which look impossible - Russia lost at least 1,845 tanks of various types in Ukraine.

In fact, more, because Oryx takes into account only what has visual confirmation - photo or video.

But at the same time, this video also gives an idea of how costly the advancement of the Russian army is, says TSN.

In two months of 2023, Russia, investing thousands of people and hundreds of pieces of equipment, advanced only 234 square kilometers.

This is a third of the area of such a city as Kyiv, and most of this territory is captured in the area of the city of Bakhmut.

The enemy is putting serious pressure on our defenders near the temporarily occupied Kreminnaya.

Units of three enemy divisions are concentrated in the Svatove-Kreminna area.

Several tens of thousands of occupiers.

Despite this, our military has success there.

In particular, the 40th artillery brigade actually clears enemy positions north of Svatovo.

Instead, the situation around Avdiivka became more complicated.

Previously, the Russians measured their gains there in meters, but as of today, they are trying to attack the villages of Severne and Krasnohorivka in order to take the city in a semi-encirclement.

And, at the same time, they are breaking through our defense in the direction of Pokrovsk.

"The situation is difficult.

Two days of hard fighting.

Artillery, Grad, aviation worked non-stop in our direction, they fired large-caliber rockets at the settlements of Orlivka, Tonenke, and Vodyane.

Our artillery also works, quite accurately, it enables our infantry to stay in their places, because nothing gives our infantry more strength than the work of our artillery," says "Santa", the commander of one of the units that work near Avdiivka

There is good news for infantrymen - it seems that in the near future the economy of shells will weaken, and the repair of guns will become easier.

The tenth "Ramstein", a meeting of military donors of Ukraine, showed that a tectonic shift took place in their consciousness.

They realized that their idea of modern warfare would have to be changed.

Not only the accuracy of artillery systems is important, but the number of shells and the ability to quickly change worn barrels.

What we will get in the near future:

Shells 105 mm, 125 mm (for Soviet tanks), 155 mm

120 mm mines

more than 150 Leopard 2 (Ukraine asked for 300)

air defense systems SAMP/T-Mamba (Italy and France)

Patriot air defense systems (USA, Germany, Netherlands)

Short-range air defense

Medium-range air defense - NASAMS and IRIS-T (Canada, Germany, already provided)

But this is all on paper for now, and, therefore, in the future.

And today the situation is becoming more and more threatening in Bakhmut.

BAHMUTH

The Rashists succeeded in narrowing down to several kilometers the bottleneck of the two roads that supply ammunition to the city, but so far we manage to keep the occupiers' mad pressure on Khromov and Ivanivsk and provide a corridor of life.

In the city itself: in the east, fighting continues in the area of the Bakhmutka River, which is less than a kilometer from the center.

The enemy claims to have already crossed the river, but there is no confirmation.

In the south, the Russians are advancing in the area of the so-called "Mariupol cemetery"... In the north, the fighting is going on here, this is the industrial zone of the non-ferrous metals processing plant.

It is three kilometers to the city council.

That is, now, in fact, any point in the controlled part of the city is easily covered by mortar fire.

It is here that the group commander of the Luhansk border detachment with the call sign "Fanat" repels Russian assaults several times a day.

"What about the situation in Bakhmut.

The litter has already reached the "rush".

We are trying to knock them out now.

We are trying to storm their positions.

God willing, it will work out.

So that you understand the scale of this tragedy.

It is probably worse than Stalingrad.

These are industrial zones that have already been destroyed by waste.

We hold on.

Glory to Ukraine!"

The military in Bakhmut are simply absolute heroes.

The commander of the Ground Forces, General Syrsky, reports that the enemy is conducting offensive operations in Bakhmut from three directions.

But, in general, the Russian offensive seems to be reaching its peak.

The Institute for the Study of War notes that the intensity of Russian assaults has even decreased in recent days.

In some areas, by 50-70 percent.

The tactics of rocket attacks on the supposedly peaceful territory of Ukraine also slowed down.

The Russians understood that it was not possible to bomb us in the Middle Ages.

ATTACK OF DRONES AND MISSILE

Tactics are changed: first a wave of "drones", as it was on Saturday night.

Then attempts to confuse our anti-aircraft defense - with missiles of various types.

In addition, hit our radars with anti-radar Kh-31P.

At least two such missiles with a passive guidance head, which detects the air defense radar beam and flies directly at it, have been recorded.

They did not spare even the most scarce - six conditionally hypersonic aeroballistic "Daggers".

All this may indicate the mad desire of the Russians to find those elusive Western IRIS-T or Patriot.

The tenth "Ramstein" signals significant changes in the support of the Ukrainian army.

Poland announced that it will hand over 4 MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine in the near future.

The Government of Slovakia has approved the transfer of 13 such MiGs to the Air Force.

In fact, this is a precedent.

For the second time, the Polish brothers, first with "Leopards" and now with MiGs, are calling on other countries by their own example not to be afraid of the war criminal Putin and to give Ukraine everything it needs to win.

MIG-29

These planes are in different configurations - some are converted for Western weapons.

Others - no.

But our pilots can sit in them without any retraining.

More importantly, it is a precedent.

Yes - Soviet, but - planes.

There are no more reservations about aviation.

It's only a matter of time when the western wings come.

Moreover, in order to save months on the training of Ukrainian pilots, we are already being offered to hire air legionnaires.

“A possible short-term solution for your government is to hire private contractors who are already F-16 pilots.

This is a matter of politics.

Government decision, but it is very important.

And this will save you time again.

It will help you win the war," says US Air Force pilot Dan Hampton.

F16

The loudest air incident this week could be a turning point in the decision to still give Ukraine F-16s.

I'm talking about the actual downing of an American MQ-9 Reaper drone on March 14.

What caused "over the edge" hurrah-patriotic ecstasy, well, in particular, in non-general Gurulyov.

"Hooray, patriots are happy that they shot down a drone.

Friends, I assure you, everyone is happy.

Everyone rejoices.

Therefore, this is one of the key points of the special operation," State Duma deputy Andriy Gurulyov said.

DRONE CRASH

That, it turns out, is what this whole war is for.

The Russians boast that they attacked an American drone worth ten million dollars.

A video released by the United States shows a Russian Su-27 aircraft approaching the Reaper and dumping fuel in its direction.

Apparently, the pilots hoped that the kerosene would start a fire and the American drone would burn.

The drone did not burn, but fell into the sea.

The MQ-9 Reaper drone has a wingspan of slightly more than 20 meters.

It is a reconnaissance-strike drone, has six points of suspension of weapons, in particular, it can carry missiles and laser-guided bombs.

By the way, as they say, it was with such a "drone" that in January 2020, the commander of the Guard Corps of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, General Qasem Suleimani, was destroyed in Baghdad.

But he flew over the Black Sea in reconnaissance mode, without weapons.

Despite the statement by the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, that the destruction of the drone was intentional, White House representative Ned Price says otherwise.

According to him, the attack appears to have been unintentional.

Russian pilots simply do not know how to fly and do not protect nature.

In the original it sounded: they acted unprofessionally and not environmentally friendly.

We would probably like to hear a different answer.

But words are one thing, but deeds are quite another.

The United States has already directed another - the world's largest drone RQ-4, worth 200 million dollars, on the same route.

Already reactive.

Then they received permission from Turkey to introduce their ships to the Black Sea.

Eight senators are now demanding that the White House provide Ukraine with F-16s.

For which, in case of what, Western volunteer pilots will quickly be found.

It is worth hoping for the ill-will of the Americans, for the fact that the Russians will receive "retribution" for the drone - at another time and in another place.

So it is still too early to talk about the results of this story

This week's results

• 17 MiG-29 aircraft are provided to Ukraine;

• Russia is changing the tactics of missile and air strikes against Ukraine;

• The fighting in Donbas, in particular, in Bakhmut, is reaching its peak intensity.

• No matter how the battle for Bakhmut ends, we believe that we will have enough will, intelligence and resources for the future counteroffensive.
