[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar (S. Jaishankar) stated on Saturday (18th) that the confrontation between Indian and Chinese troops in the Ladakh region in the western Himalayan (Himalayan) region is fragile and Dangerous, the deployment of troops by the two sides in some areas is very close.

According to a "Reuters" report, Jaishankar said in an interview last Saturday, "I think the situation is still fragile because the deployment of the two sides is too close, which can be said to be quite dangerous in terms of military assessment."

In 2020, China and India clashed fiercely in the Ladakh region. At least 24 soldiers were killed. Afterwards, diplomatic and military negotiations stabilized the situation.

Jaishankar emphasized that in September 2020, he reached an agreement with the Chinese Foreign Minister, but China never fulfilled its promise, which made it impossible for China-India relations to return to the right track.

Jaishankar said: "China must fulfill what it has agreed to, but they are still struggling."

Although forces on both sides have avoided contact in many areas, there are still many potential points of conflict.

Jaishankar pointed out that India has already made it clear to China that it does not want to see peace and tranquility destroyed. "You cannot violate the agreement while trying to establish other relationships as if nothing happened. This is unacceptable."

The two nuclear-armed countries clashed violently on the disputed border in December, but fortunately no one was killed.

Jaishankar revealed to reporters that during the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting, he met with China's new Foreign Minister Qin Gang for the first time and discussed border issues.
