There are no "good Russians" until the war ends, until the war criminals are punished, until reparations are paid and all our territory up to the borders of 1991 is liberated.

This was stated by the former adviser of the Office of the President Oleksiy Arestovych.

Arestovych believes that there are "useful" and "unuseful" Russians for Ukraine.

"This is such a variable value. Because bad Russians can be useful, and good Russians can be not useful," said the OP's ex-adviser.

He explained that he communicates with Russians in order to influence the Russian-speaking audience and spread counter-propaganda.

"We must not only influence Russians, but also create an appropriate informational context for those who speak Russian - there are at least 225 million of them in the world - the entire CIS and the entire former Soviet Union, who have traveled around the world. This is a very important job," — concluded Arestovych.
