In Poland, two citizens who were injured as a result of the Russian shelling of Chasovoy Yar are in the hospital.

One is in serious but stable condition.

It is noted that the victims were Poles from Poznań who came to Ukraine as farm laborers.

At the time of the attack, they were delivering humanitarian aid.

As a result of the incident, six people were injured.

The injuries of one of the injured Poles turned out to be serious, the second - in a lighter condition.

"They are being taken care of... We are in contact with both their families and the embassy in Kyiv in the organization. Currently, the victims are in a hospital far from the front line," said a representative of the volunteer organization.

A member of the Polish Council of Ministers, Michal Dvorchyk, said on his Twitter page that, according to the decision of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, the wounded Poles will soon be transported to the territory of Poland for further treatment.

"This was our 22nd trip. They were not the first either," said member Nehemiasz and noted that one of the victims has been helping Ukraine since 2014 and is an experienced volunteer.
