The Russian army has an old Soviet system of management, which is the negative side of the system in the occupiers' units.

Ukrainian military expert, reserve colonel Roman Svitan, said this in an interview with "GORDON".

"Negative moments of the Russian army? The old Soviet system: a rigid management system, absolutely no feedback. That is, they are in this sense... It must be broken. But they will not break it. This is a plus for us, and a big minus for them "The Russians have the cruelest suppression of any dissent, very harsh," said Svitan.

According to Svitan, in the enemy's army, the introduction of "dishonest, rogue manners" is recorded.

"I mean, they are from somewhere... It's not from Prigozhin, it's later... The camp country, yes. And that's how it all entered the army. And it killed purely officership, killed purely the honor and conscience of the officer. These are two incompatible things : officership and banditry. These are two different poles. And there they got mixed up. And it turns out that this camp just killed, cleaned, destroyed the officer's honor," Svitan explained.

The expert noted that "a real officer would never in his life drop bombs on a peaceful city, it just wouldn't work."

"It wouldn't even take off. Not to mention everything else. That's why we see it perfectly. These are the problems of the Russian army," Svitan emphasized.

It should be noted that the Russians changed the tactics of fighting near Bakhmut in Donetsk region.

Meanwhile, military expert Oleg Zhdanov explained why Ukraine is announcing a counteroffensive of the Armed Forces.
