This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

The main condition for joining the program is the presentation of a document confirming the provision of a Polish PESEL identification number.

To apply for a queue, you must leave your email address at this link.

You will then receive a notification with further instructions for registration.

After consideration of the application, the participant will receive an individual barcode that will allow him to purchase medicines worth up to PLN 500.

You can find out more about the terms of participation in the program by calling the hotline: +48 42 612 09 96.

We will remind you that the European Commission plans, if necessary, to initiate an extension of the period of granting temporary protection until 2025 to Ukrainians who left due to the full-scale war with Russia.
