[Reporter Peng Jianli/Miaoli Report] On County Road 140 near the Yili Bridge in Sanyi Township, Miaoli County, at about 10:00 am today (17th), a gravel truck collided with a car, causing the gravel truck to lose control and overturn, causing the gravel truck to overturn. One place; a 23-year-old woman surnamed Yang who was driving a car was frightened, and a 35-year-old man surnamed Huang who was driving a gravel truck was slightly injured but not life-threatening.

Since neither party was drinking and driving, the detailed cause of the accident is yet to be clarified by the police.

According to the police investigation, Ms. Yang was driving a car and turned left along County Road 140 towards Liyutan Reservoir. As soon as she passed the turn, she was hit by a gravel truck going straight along County Road 140, and then the gravel truck lost control and rolled over, carrying gravel. The police arrived at the scene to deal with it, and the traffic control evacuated it. The overturned gravel truck was hoisted by a large tow truck and cleaned by bulldozers. It took 3 hours to clear the scene of the accident.
