"Russia is not a party to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and this was their response. The effect of this decision would be that if Vladimir Putin visited, he could be arrested. Obviously, this is not going to happen, so the point is political to all that is happening in Ukraine. The court's rationale is that there is evidence that thousands of children were taken out of Ukraine and taken to Russia," said former foreign minister Ivaylo Kalfin

Ivaylo Georgiev Kalfin was born on May 30, 1964 in Sofia. In 1983, he graduated from the 9th French in the studio of "Day ON AIR".

According to him, this is a clear violation of international law.

As for inflation in our country and high prices, he commented as follows: "I am skeptical of all administrative measures related to price ceilings and markups, because we saw what happened in Hungary. What can happen is more transparency - let them know price levels in different places, to have transparency on how markups are made. This should be done with the participation of the state, traders, so that people can see if there is speculation."

They issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin

"It's not cheaper in the small neighborhood stores either. So it's not just the chains. They can't set the level of the whole market, they're raising prices everywhere, which means the small store puts a similar markup," Calfin added on air of Bulgaria ON AIR.

He emphasized that there could be a possible specula.

"But the more unclear why and how a price is formed, the more one can talk about speculation. In the beginning - the main cause of inflation was fuel and food products, but those that were exported from Russia and Ukraine, such as grain . And now the engines of inflation are everywhere. It's not just about fuels and energy sources," emphasized the former minister.

According to him, the problem of low pay is not only in KZP, but also in many places in the public sector.

"On the other hand, the institution itself sometimes does not do its job well, I recently heard about cases in which it is involved in various attacks against various businesses. And the CPC should ensure that there are no cartel agreements in the market. It is large enough, but if they consider that there is such a thing, they should act. Unfortunately, the work of these bodies in recent years has not led to high reforms," explained Ivaylo Kalfin

Ivaylo Georgiev Kalfin was born on May 30, 1964 in Sofia. In 1983 he graduated from the 9th French.

And he is adamant that there should be public control over these institutions.

"The statement by the Ministry of Finance is surprising and incompetent. Some report was leaked about what huge risks there were to the country - when the Minister of Finance speaks to you, it means a lot. This is not a classified document that follows any distribution rules. Suddenly 2 weeks ago after the elections, the official ministry starts writing the Budget, explaining what the taxes will be - that's not their job," he added.
