On Friday, March 17, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for the war crime of deporting Ukrainian children to Russia.

Now the Kremlin dictator risks arrest if he visits one of the 123 countries in the world that are not part of Russia's ever-shrinking "circle of friends."

TSN.ua

collected information about which countries can implement the decision of the International Criminal Court.

As you know, Moscow immediately declared that Russia is not a party to the "Rome Statute", the founding text of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and therefore has no obligations under it.

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is the treaty that established the International Criminal Court.

The International Court of Justice is responsible for four main crimes: genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and crimes of aggression.

Russia signed but did not ratify the Rome Statute.

Also, 72 other countries do not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, including China, India, Cuba, North Korea and Saudi Arabia.

However, Vladimir Putin risks being arrested in 123 countries of the world that recognize the Hague Court.
