The first mass-produced Russian passenger plane may stop flying.

The reason for this is the lack of details that Russia does not receive due to sanctions.

The Russian mass media write about it.

As noted, a passenger plane may stop flying due to a shortage of spark plugs.

Before that, parts for the Russian-French SaM146 engines were imported from the USA, but the deliveries stopped due to sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

According to Volodymyr Panfilov, Deputy General Director of IrAero, who addressed the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, "in the near future" part of the Superjet fleet may stop flying due to a lack of candles.

However, the company emphasizes that spare parts are still available.

At the same time, Rostec plans to manufacture them independently.

We will remind that on March 17, the Cabinet of Ministers of Slovakia approved the transfer of MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.
