In the Kirovohrad region, law enforcement officers exposed and detained

spy who collected data from defense enterprises.

The message indicates that the traitor turned out to be a resident of the Oleksandriy district of the Kirovohrad region, who was remotely recruited by representatives of the Russian special services.

By order of her curators, the woman collected information about the location of defense and infrastructure facilities.

In particular, she was interested in information about enterprises that fulfill defense orders for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The spy transmitted the data via messenger to her "liaisons" who are part of the occupation groups in the east of Ukraine.

The Russians planned to use the received information to launch missile strikes.

SBU employees worked ahead of time and detained the spy while photographing one of the objects.

The traitor's phone was seized with evidence of illegal activity.

The spies declared suspicion under part 2 of Art.

111 of the Criminal Code (treason).

The woman faces up to 15 years or life imprisonment.

Currently, the issue of selecting a preventive measure is being resolved.
