On the morning of Friday, March 17, the police of the Kirovohrad region found a two-year-old boy whose disappearance was reported by his mother the day before.

This was reported in the press service of the National Police in the Kirovohrad region.

The mother said that the baby disappeared from her own yard in the early hours of the day.

Policemen, rescuers of the State Emergency Service and local residents - more than 350 people in total - joined the continuous search.

"An area of ​​more than 800 hectares was surveyed, in particular the territory of the settlement, the area adjacent to the village - the banks of the river and forest massif, ravines and fields.

The police found a missing boy on one of them," the message reads.

Doctors were called to the scene of the accident, as the child had signs of hypothermia.

While the medics were on the way, the law enforcement officers warmed the child by wrapping him in a police jacket.

Currently, the child is in a medical facility under the supervision of doctors who provide the boy with the necessary assistance.

It will be recalled that a missing 14-year-old girl was found earlier at the railway station of the city of Podilsk, Odesa region.

Her uncle reported the disappearance of the child.
