"This year, the number of scientific articles submitted to the International Astronautical Congress from our country has reached a record number.

214 scientific articles were presented to the congress by Azerbaijani scientists and young people.

This is a clear proof of the value given to human capital in our country, and our growing success in the fields of science, research and technology.

In fact, this number is a continuation of the achievements of our young people in the direction of the demonstration of scientific results in the space field in our country on international platforms," said Samaddin Asadov, chairman of Azerkosmos.

It should be noted that at the Baku congress, scientists and young people from all over the world, including Azerbaijan, will be able to speak at 190 technical sessions and other events dedicated to the possibilities of space.

International Astronautical Congress will create wide opportunities in terms of integration of Azerbaijani science into world science, creation of science-education-innovation unity, development of international cooperation relations of our young scientists.

It should be noted that currently the articles accepted by the International Program Committee of the International Astronautical Federation are evaluated and work is underway to present them in two formats - technical or interactive presentation sessions.

Full evaluation of scientific articles will be completed in April this year.
