The US intends to monitor

the military exercises

of China, Iran and Russia in the Gulf of Oman to make sure there are no threats.  

This was stated by the coordinator of strategic communications of the National Security Council at the White House, John Kirby, writes The Guardian

"We will watch them, we will monitor them, obviously, to make sure that these exercises do not pose a threat to our national security interests or the interests of our allies and partners in the region," Kirby said.

He clarified that the surveillance will be carried out "as well as possible".

It will be recalled that on March 15,

China, Iran and Russia began naval exercises "Maritime Security Belt-2023"

in the Gulf of Oman, they will last until March 19.
