Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Shamkhani, will soon visit the United Arab Emirates.

APA reports that "Al Arabiya" published information about this.

According to information, Shamkhani will hold meetings with his colleague to discuss the status of negotiations on the revival of the nuclear agreement and other security-political issues.

ISNA, referring to "Noor News", close to the Supreme National Security Council, reports that Ali Shamkhani will soon visit one of the Arab countries in the region.

The purpose of this visit is to meet with high-ranking officials of that country and to resolve some important security and economic issues.

It should be noted that in 2016, relations between Iran and the UAE were broken.

So, in response to the protests held in front of the country's embassy in Tehran, Saudi Arabia decided to break diplomatic relations with Iran.

After that, the UAE also showed solidarity with Saudi Arabia.

Iran and Saudi Arabia have agreed on the restoration of diplomatic relations after talks mediated by China in Beijing last week.

Both sides agreed to restore embassies and diplomatic missions after 7 years.
