Diana Dimitrova will sue Julian Vergov for defamation.

The actress told bTV.

Her reaction comes after the official position of the actor in relation to the accusations against him of physical abuse.

In his first comment on the case, Vergov stated that he never hit Diana Dimitrova, nor was there any form of physical violence on his part.

"The only conflict I have had with her was purely verbal. This happened in front of part of the team of the series. The reason was that I noticed (on my daughter's phone) text and voice messages from Diana Dimitrova, the content of which I do not wish no parent should see and hear their fifteen year old's phone. Trust me you don't want to know what I saw there. And yet I want to make it very clear that I never hit Diana Dimitrova, nor was there any a form of physical violence on my part", the actor is categorical.

Vergov: I do not wish any parent to see the messages from Diana Dimitrova to my daughter

Yesterday, Diana Dimitrova published on her Facebook profile the decision of the prosecutor's office to refuse the initiation of pre-trial proceedings against Julian Vergov.

The Sofia District Prosecutor's Office points out that "despite the presence of conflicting data on the mechanism of causing these injuries, it should be assumed that they still exist", but adds that proceedings cannot be initiated against Vergov for injuries caused by "hooligan incitement".

In the reasons for refusing to institute pre-trial proceedings, it is stated that "if it is assumed that the perpetrator of the act is Julian Vergov, the legal conclusion is that his actions (i.e. the blows inflicted) towards Diana Dimitrova were carried out solely and exclusively legal qualification of caused minor bodily injury.

According to Art.

161, para.

1 of the Criminal Code, this crime is prosecuted according to the order of the private prosecution with the complaint of the victim to the court, which is why the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria is not competent to initiate and lead the criminal proceedings".
