Since the beginning of the full-scale

war,

more than 8,000 Ukrainians have died from Russian aggression.

More than 13,000 citizens were injured.

This is stated in the report of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Thus, only from March 1 to 12, 2023, the UN recorded

293 victims

among the civilian population in Ukraine: 84 killed (48 men, 23 women, 4 boys, 1 girl, as well as 8 adults, whose gender is not yet known);

and 209 wounded (81 men, 41 women, 15 boys, 1 girl, as well as 71 adults, whose gender is not yet known).

In total, 21,965 victims

among the civilian population of Ukraine were officially recorded

as a result of Russian actions on February 24, in particular,

8,231 people were killed by the occupiers and 13,734 were wounded.

Among the dead were 3,664 men, 2,173 women, 260 boys and 203 girls.

The gender of another 31 children and 1,900 adults has not yet been determined.

413 boys and 295 girls were injured, as well as 271 children, the sex of which has not yet been determined.

The UN has stressed that

the real numbers are much higher

because there are delays in receiving information from some places where there has been intense fighting, and many reports are still awaiting confirmation.

This applies, in particular, to Mariupol, Lysychansk, Popasnaya and Severodonetsk.

We will remind you that Ukrainian prosecutors have collected hundreds of data on Russian war criminals for their aggression in Ukraine and

mark them on a special board.

There are names and photos of a number of people who are under investigation in Ukraine for their possible involvement in war crimes.

The board lists hundreds of Russian war criminals up to Vladimir Putin.
