In the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation, the local authorities decided to send out summonses in the region allegedly for "updating military registration data."

This is stated in the notification of the local authorities.

"The military commissariat of the Voronezh region and the administrations of the municipalities are starting to serve summonses to the residents of the region," the message reads.

Residents of the region are assured that "the sole purpose of these measures is exclusively the updating of military registration data in the Voronezh military commissions."

Summonses will be served mainly at the place of residence and work of Russians.

Earlier it was reported that in Russia they want to raise the conscription age.
