Russia still does not know for sure who is behind the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream gas pipelines.

This is what Nikolay Patrushev, secretary of the Russian Security Council, said in a comment published today for "Arguments and Facts", TASS reported.

Moscow was never included in the investigation, he recalls.

According to him, Russia insists on an objective investigation with its participation and the participation of other interested countries.

According to him, the "one-sided subjective versions" announced so far "do not explain anything".

The "alleged data leak" from the investigation, according to which Kiev was behind the explosions, is only intended to confuse the tracks, says Patrushev.

Kyiv has neither lost nor gained anything from the blasts.

The authorities in Ukraine expect Berlin to increase military aid to the Kyiv government and have no interest in such actions, the expert points out.

The media claim that it is a sabotage carried out by a group of Ukrainian terrorists, he points out.

"We have to ask ourselves whether there is such a group at all and whether it is, in principle, capable of doing it. Because it is no secret that special divisions with the appropriate equipment and training are intended to carry out such actions. The USA and England certainly have such ", Patrushev points out.

He points out that other NATO countries also use combat swimmers as saboteurs, but only "with the approval and support of the country dictating the main agenda" in the alliance, writes BTA.

Zelensky denied Ukraine's involvement in the Nord Stream explosions

Berlin realizes that the bombings will certainly lead to "further decline" of the German economy;

at the same time, "the close economic cooperation between Germany and Russia has never suited Washington and London".

And now the White House is forcing "the German leadership to follow the version (. . .) advantageous to the US authorities," says the Russian statesman.

"Today's German state is not independent. Washington imposes its economic and environmental policy on Berlin, keeps a 35,000-strong military contingent on the country's territory. It is known that the White House controlled (former German Chancellor) Angela Merkel for many years," Nikolay Patrushev claims. .
