This is reported by the local authorities in the Telegram channel. 

There is no precipitation in Odesa today, but strong gusts of wind are recorded.

Gusts reach 15-18 m/s in the morning.

Because of this, a storm is observed in the Black Sea. 

"Such weather conditions increase the mine danger. Enemy explosive objects can drift along the coast. There is also a threat of detonation of mines and being thrown ashore," the message says.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, emphasized that

Ukraine lacks heavy equipment for demining territories.
