In

Ukraine

, after a massive Russian missile attack on March 9, restrictions on the use of electricity are in effect in the Zhytomyr and Kharkiv regions.

Hourly outage schedules are in effect in two regions.

This was reported in the press service of "Ukrenergo".

In Kharkiv, one of the thermal power plants has partially returned to operation after emergency repairs.

Also, one of the objects of the trunk network of NEC "Ukrenergo" is already in operation.

The city's critical infrastructure has been revitalized.

Currently, energy workers continue to work on the restoration of electricity supply in the region.

On the other hand, the situation is still difficult in the Zhytomyr region, which was attacked by enemy drones.

Currently, some consumers remain without electricity supply.

There are hourly shutdown schedules in the region.

There are also network restrictions due to the consequences of shelling in certain areas of Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions.

In other regions, energy consumption restrictions were not applied, the press service emphasized.

"The amount of electricity produced in the system is sufficient to cover the needs of all consumers. The restrictions in effect in the regions are network-related and are caused exclusively by damage to the energy infrastructure due to enemy missile attacks on March 9," Ukrenergo reported.

It is noted that consumption in comparison with last Saturday, March 4, decreased due to warming.

We will remind you that

in Zhytomyr, the most difficult situation has developed

during the entire period of Russian shelling.

A critical infrastructure object was destroyed.

The deficit of electricity is 75%.
