In the Delhi Liquor Policy case, the Rouse Avenue Court has sent former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on ED's remand for seven days.

At the same time, the bail plea of ​​Sisodia against the arrest of CBI will now be heard on March 21.

Earlier on Friday, the Enforcement Directorate claimed in the court that there was a conspiracy behind the preparation of the liquor policy.

By changing its rules, some special people were given 12% benefit instead of 6%.

Manish Sisodia also destroyed the digital evidence related to it.

The ED said in its argument that although this decision of the liquor policy has been told by the Group of Ministers, but the fact is that apart from one man, no one else was aware of it.

The ED told the court that Vijay Nair was leading the entire syndicate.

The agency said that notices have been sent to 7 more people in the liquor policy case, so that they can be interrogated face to face with Sisodia.

Manish Sisodia's lawyer Dayan Krishnan said in the court that this liquor policy went to the Lieutenant Governor, LG i.e. Central Government.
