A fire broke out at a resource recycling plant in an alley on Zhongzheng Road, Guanmiao District, Tainan City. Firefighters rushed to rescue it, but fortunately no one was trapped.

[Reporter Liu Wanjun/Tainan Report] A fire broke out at a resource recycling plant in the alley of Zhongzheng Road, Guanmiao District, Tainan City at around 1:30 pm today (10th). At present, the fire has been brought under control, and no one is trapped.

At 1:35 pm today, the Tainan City Fire Department received a report from the public. The recycling plant located in Lane 40, Zhongzheng Road, Guanmiao District was on fire.

Because there is a chicken city near the fire site, firefighters also strengthened sprinkler protection at the junction to confine the fire.

The fire was brought under control at 2:24 p.m., and the Environmental Protection Agency was notified for the possible air pollution problems caused by the fire.
