The Minister of Lands, Housing and Housing Development, Dr. Angeline Mabula, has asked all councils in the country to ensure that they allocate investment areas.

Dr. Mabula said this today during a public meeting in Kangae grounds in Nyakato ward in Ilemela district in Mwanza region.

He said that when the investment areas are allocated and it is known which activities they belong to, it is very helpful in being able to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

Dr. Mabula has asked the employees of the Ilemela municipality to ensure that they solve land problems as well as issue land documents on time.

He has asked the Mwanza city council together with the Ilemela Municipality to ensure that the construction or renovation that takes place in Mwanza city areas and the Municipality takes into account the city's ambitious plan.

He has instructed the Mwanza city council to provide education related to the ambitious plan of the city of Mwanza to the people of those areas to give them more understanding and understanding about the ambitious plan.

In another step, Dr. Mabula has congratulated the residents of Nyakato ward for achieving a good step in the construction of Kangae primary school.

He said that when the school is finished, it will be a great help to the children of Kangae and the surrounding areas.


He has asked the leaders of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) to review development projects regularly and not to wait for the leaders' visits.

Ilemela Municipality Director Apolinary Modest has said that they will work on the various instructions given by Dr. Mabula.
