In front of BTV, a vote dealer tells about the vote trading scheme in our country - from the lowest to the highest level.

He has been at the top of the vote-buying pyramid for 20 years and has not missed an election.

According to him, one vote in the upcoming elections on April 2 costs a minimum of BGN 150.

"We are talking about the first hand, and from there everyone in the chain begins to allocate some money.

Figuratively speaking, I think that the average person will get 50 BGN at best.

It's a pyramid.

One or two days before the election they pass and they are given the money and we wait for results," says the vote dealer.

Tells more about the scheme.

"The boss is a boss, there are about a dozen people under him who are responsible for some area or street.

Before that, they are obliged to pass by, see how many people there are, who has the right to vote, write them down, and report back.

We can get so many people out of this street, they are given the money," the man also revealed.

“You count in the section.

You know that about 20 votes should come out of Street X, they don't come out all at once.

It feels and doesn't get paid, that's it," he says when asked how he knows if the person voted for them?

The transfer of the money from the parties to the bosses is done with fake persons, the source revealed: "A politician will never go directly to give money, whoever he is.

Everywhere there is a contractor, a subcontractor, and the subcontractor's subcontractor."

Anti-vote-buying actions begin across the country

He says preparations are already underway.

"That was the goal - to return the paper ballot, because with the paper ballot, everyone can, when you write the party number and preference on a piece of paper, fill it in," says the vote dealer.

According to him, the local police know who the bosses and the torturers are: "If there is no complaint about buying votes, they can't do anything.

They can only detain them for 24 hours under the law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

This is, prophylactically, as most actions are currently held".

According to him, stocks cannot scare the so-called bosses.

He says elections are done with money and vote buying will never stop.
