In Russian prisoners, the occupiers take not only their own belongings from the prisoners, but also soap, which, according to the documents, is allocated to each prisoner.

Maksym Kolesnikov, a military man recently released from Ukrainian captivity, spoke about the pettiness of Russians.

"Every week we were taken to the bathhouse, once. We were given 3 to 10 minutes to shave and wash, 10 minutes was a luxury. We were to be given 50 grams of soap per week, each time in the bathhouse we signed that we received it. Our cell for 14 people signed that they received 700 grams of soap in this way. But we were all given 2 pieces of 200 grams each. Bingo! From 300 to 700 grams of soap was stolen from us at a time. Why up to 700? Because it happened at least 2 times per a month when we signed up for soap, but did not receive it at all," he noted.

According to him, there is no topic so small that the Russians would not profit from it.

We will remind that Maksym Kolesnikov was captured back in March 2022 near Kyiv.

He returned home after the POW exchange on February 4, 2023.

Then 116 Ukrainian defenders were released.

A photo of Maxim holding an apple in his hands right after the exchange, because he hadn't tasted fresh fruit for almost a year, went viral all over the Internet.
