Millions of parents began to look closely at the spiders on black T-shirts, because most of them heard about the "Redan" PVC for the first time, and most importantly - saw the mass gatherings of aggressive teenagers near the shopping center and the police, who detain minors almost all over the country, reports TSN.Tizhden

The topic was heard loudly in Ukraine, when in the center of Poltava, on February 25, in broad daylight, a hundred teenagers gathered near the Central Shopping Center.

The stairs were organized through groups in local Telegram channels, where teenagers were preparing for a mass fight, but the police reacted and the crowd dispersed.

History repeated itself in a day in Ivano-Frankivsk.

A group of 14-17-year-old teenagers, incited by the administrators of the Telegram channels of Redan PVC, runs through the central streets of the city, provoking fights.

In Kharkiv, on the Constitution Square, at a mass gathering of young people, some were with knives and knuckle dusters.

The children are ready to fight because they support the flash mob of the "Redan" PVC, but even here the participants were detained by the police.

Similar mass marches of teenagers in Lviv, Dnipro, Rivne, Kemenchuk and other Ukrainian cities.

For several days in a row, minors gather in the capital and negotiate through groups on social networks.

Information about aggressive teenagers spreads like wildfire in the mass media.

Concern is growing among parents.

Some compare teenage activity with the deadly game "Blue Whale", others talked about the new teenage subculture "Redan", some call it a dangerous flash mob with Russian roots.

The participants are associated with the famous anime series "Hunter X Hunter", which has a gangster group called "Redan".

The symbols of teenage "PVC" are black, spiders and the number 4.

The movement of the PVC "Redan" comes from Russia, on February 19, a conflict occurred in a Moscow mall between two groups of teenagers: fans of anime with long hair, spiders and the number 4 on their clothes, and minors in sports clothes.

The so-called offniks, who try to beat those who stand out with their appearance.

The video of the fight from there got into the Internet and went viral.

Animeshniks decided to take revenge and scheduled a showdown and won a mass fight, created the "Redan" PVC group.

Here, the widely circulated in Russia "PVK" Wagner worked, so they added the popular abbreviation PVK , they say, as a joke.

For such a movement to spread among teenagers, it does not take much effort, say psychologists.

"Greater excitability as a result of hormonal imbalance, less controllability than an adult's own actions and a very strong desire to join, which does not find a form of realization," explains psychologist Lyubov Naidyogova.

For Ukrainian children who have been without a regular school and forms of communication for three years, a spark from social networks is enough.

The flash mob is rapidly spreading across Ukraine, and the Russians saw a chance to take advantage of the situation and conduct a special operation.

The Russians have begun artificially promoting the Telegram channels of the PVC "Redan" in Ukraine.

The Russians played on the teenage desire for justice and their mark is very visible, says fact-checking expert Alyona Romaniuk.

"For example, "Redan" opposes migrants from the Caucasus.

I'm like: "God, where in Drohobych, where the chat was created, or in Rivne, are there migrants from the Caucasus???"

This is characteristic of Russia, Moscow.

In the Kharkiv chat it was written: we are meeting at 14.0 Kyiv time.

They speak about Kyiv and Moscow in Russia," she confirms.

The movement, which was born in Russia, was artificially fueled for children in Ukraine, the Center for Countering Disinformation agrees.

"Whether this story was conspired by the Russians - hardly - no.

They simply actively picked up the story, which is organic in principle, but today they are in a state of time crunch, and that's why it's very easy for specialists to see all the mistakes, white threads with which everything is sewn", - says Andriy Shapovalov.

The police closed dozens of Telegram channels, detained hundreds of teenagers and started holding explanatory meetings with high school students.

For provoking conflicts and mass fights, both administrative (for parents of minors) and criminal responsibility is provided, starting from the age of 14.

However, experts warn that it is not necessary to bend the stick, because punishments at this age are ineffective.

"I don't see reasons for panic, but these are events that make us think about the fact that teenagers have needs that are not supported by adults," says the psychologist.

Therefore, psychologists advise parents to communicate more with children, to inquire about their virtual friends and hobbies, and communities to seriously consider how to ease the current military restrictions on children, taking into account natural teenage emotionality and even aggressiveness, for example, opening an additional boxing section at school.
