The directions of Kreminnaya and Kupyansk are important for the occupying army, in particular, for strengthening its right flank of offensive actions.

Military expert Vladyslav Seleznyov said this today, March 6, on the air of FREEDOM TV channel.

The expert noted that for Putin's army, the direction of Kreminna and Kupyansk is a strengthening of the right flank of the offensive actions of Putin's troops.

"It is extremely important to ensure such a serious advance in this area in order to further ensure the movement of Putin's troops, who will implement Putin's main mission - to take full control of the entire territory of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions by the end of March. Therefore, the actions of Putin's troops in this area of the front, Kreminna and Kupyansk, they are absolutely rational, but ineffective," said Seleznyov.

He added that the Russians had concentrated their elite forces on this part of the front.

"The Russians have concentrated a lot of forces and means there, the benefit from this is not much, but again, not much only because the Ukrainian Defense Forces are conducting maneuver defense, effectively combining the actions of assault aircraft, primarily artillery.

And thus every time all these "meat waves" of Russian soldiers turn into ashes along with the armored vehicles on which they try to move to our defensive positions," he said.

Seleznyov also reported on the extremely difficult situation in the Avdiyivka, Maryinka, and Krasnohorivka regions of the Donetsk region.

"There is also very heavy fighting going on there.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces there are also facing incredible pressure from Putin's forces.

But Putin's troops have practically no progress there either.

But the losses are huge," the expert said.

We will remind, the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhiy Gaidai, said that the occupiers are constantly changing their tactics near Kreminnaya, Luhansk region.

The Russians advance sometimes with hundreds of infantry, sometimes with several companies of heavy equipment.
