"APA-Economics" reports with reference to the information released by ISB that the second auction related to the sale of the property is set for March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. (on a rotating basis).

The repeat auction will be held by "Real Estate Auction Center" LLC at Kazim Kazimzade 123, Yasamal district, Baku.
5% of the sale price, i.e. 2,019 (two thousand and nineteen) manats, must be paid for participating in the repeat auction.
The amount must be paid to the account of the auction customer until 1 (one) working day before the date of the auction.
At the same time, it is noted that the participation fee in the amount of 500 (five hundred) manats must be paid to the account of the auction organizer until 1 (one) working day before the date of the auction.
