Petr Pavel intends to visit neighboring countries, as well as Ukraine, during his first hundred days in office.

It is emphasized that Pavel will officially take office on March 9, when the inauguration will take place.

After that, he will visit Slovakia, later he will go to Poland, and on March 21 and 22 he plans to be in Germany.

In April, he will visit Brussels and also plans to go to Ukraine.

In May, Pavel intends to visit Hungary and Austria.

Journalists point out that with his trips abroad, the new head of state wants to show that the Czech Republic at the presidential level is returning to an active approach in foreign policy.

"I don't expect that I will have to go anywhere else during this period, because I really consider our neighborhood a priority," Pavel commented on his plans.

the war in Ukraine may not end this year.

That is why it is important for Europe to provide Kyiv with the necessary support in the long term.

In particular, military equipment, as well as financial assistance, to continue the defense and turn it into a victory.
