Today's bright yellow Monday falls on the full moon day of the 15th day of the waxing moon. It is Makha Bucha Day, the day when the Lord Buddha preached the Dhamma sermon to 1,250 monks who came to a meeting in unison at Veluwan Temple. All the monks were Arahants

.

received direct ordination from the Lord Buddha

The main principle of

Ovada Patimokkha is to do good deeds in body, speech and mind, refrain from evil in body, speech, and mind, and purify the mind, freeing from nirvana that prevents attaining goodness.

Today I have a sermon from

Phrarajputthiworakun (Amarophikku), Abbot of Amaravati Temple, England, disciple of Reverend Father Cha, translated into Thai by Khun Ladawan Tangtrongchitrakul

Let's tell each other.

It is a dharma book that I got from the funeral chanting of Khun Nukul Prachuapmoh, former governor of the Bank of Thailand.

former transport minister

Dharma preached by Phrarajputthiwarakhun

It's part of our daily lives, not sure, or Not Sure whenever we feel uncertainty.

We often feel anxious, afraid, not knowing what will happen in the future, so we try to fill this feeling with planning.

by thinking about what could happen

It is often avoided by not thinking about the future.

And tell yourself that it's nothing to worry about, or that it's over.

cause concern

Most of us are probably familiar with the teachings of the Buddha on the trinity of things, namely impermanence, dukkha, and anatta, that is, everything is constantly subject to change.

insatiable

The meaning of the word impermanence is impermanence, meaning change. When Reverend Father Cha talks about this meaning

Almost every time, he used the word “maybe” to mean uncertainty.

more than impermanence

When we talk about the word “impermanence,” it sounds like something outside.

Like natural factors such as the voice of the altered ego.

or our mood changes

But when we talk about the word "impermanence" in the sense of "uncertain", it gives a feeling in the sense that

How do we perceive changes in the mind?

The perception of change is uncertainty, therefore uncertainty

(uncertainty) in English means

feeling experience in the "perceiver" part, while impermanence

(impermanent) often associated with

“What is perceived” or what is external

The reason why the Buddha emphasized this matter of "vanity" is because when we meet with uncertainty

Then we put ourselves in the position, like what will happen to me?

Do I have to lose what I have?

Can I continue with this job?

Will my company prosper or fail?

It's all about us.

When our hearts are faced with uncertainty

and have adherence to our identity, who we are, the result is fear, what will happen to us?

How will we be?

But those who reach the stream of Dharma

Awakened mind according to truth

can reduce self-esteem

will be aware of the changes

without adherence

When letting go of the ego

When there is no longer a sense of who we are ourselves

will be free

no one or anything to lose

No one to feel afraid

This is an idea to change your fear of the future.

to be happy and independent

It all depends on our point of view.

The dharma of Reverend Father Cha focuses on uncertainty, impermanence, and patience.

Reverend Father Cha explains what is Dharma, what is uncertain is Dharma.

If one sees the Dharma, one sees the Buddha.

is the Buddha

When he realizes the uncertainty, that is, the mind awakens to be the "knower", who sees the truth of uncertainty.

is the one who sees the Buddha

knowledgeable of uncertainty

is a person who has a Buddha mind

according to the teachings of the Buddha

“All things should not be clinging,” whether it be money or the chair of the Prime Minister.
